I offer counseling, consulting and classes for adults, children and communities. I support people one-on-one, in small groups, and within whole communities. My work is both heart-centered and practical, rooted in empathy and guided by years of training and experience. With every client and project I bring a balance of wisdom and curiosity, creativity and playfulness, and intuition grounded in clear intention.

I am known for asking the right, clarifying questions and listening deeply so that worries, thoughts, hopes, and ideas can be synergized and alchemized into intentional growth, hope and inspiration.
